Notice - To The IMAGE Affiliated Healthcare Institutions
Dear Sir/Madam:
Sub: GST 12% implementation from July 18, 2022 [The 47th GST Council of India] as per the Gazette-
notification referred herein.
Ref: Extraordinary Gazette Notification No.03/2022 — Integrated Tax [Rate] Dated 13.07.2022
Greetings from the IMAGE [Indian Medical Association Goes Eco-friendly]
Kindly note that as per the above-referred gazette notification, it is decided to implement 12% GST on
the Biomedical Waste Management Services [CBWTFs] to all those Healthcare institutions who are
availing the service of biomedical waste management [both Government & Private]
Accordingly, it’s become mandatory to add 12% GST to your monthly invoice, and hence we request you
to furnish us with a copy of your GST Registration Certificate as soon as possible [preferably before the
28°" of this month] so as to facilitate us to include 12% GST on your invoice generated from July 18, 2022
onwards; which is the date of implementation by the GST Council of India.
If the HCEs do not have GSTIN; please note that 12% GST is mandatory as a B2C supply.
